Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ASOwl is provided by Akizi LLC ("Akizi", "we", "us"). You can reach us at support@akizitech.com.

2. Your licence

While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use ASOwl on Macs you own or control.

You may not resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or use it to build a competing product.

3. Subscriptions and billing

ASOwl requires an active subscription after your free first audit. Indie is $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year; Studio is $19.99 per month or $149.99 per year. Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.

First-time subscribers get a 3-day free trial with 300 AI credits. If you don't cancel before it ends, the plan you chose starts and is billed. One trial per account; changing plans doesn't start a new one.

You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the app becomes read-only. Your data is not deleted.

4. AI credits

Each billing month includes 2,500 AI credits on Indie or 7,500 on Studio. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

Top-up credits cost $4.99 per 1,000 or $9.99 per 2,000, never expire, and remain on your account after cancellation, but can only be purchased and spent with an active subscription. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except as required by law.

The credit cost of each AI action is shown before it runs.

5. Refunds

Direct purchases may be refunded within 14 days of the first charge by emailing us. Purchases made through the Mac App Store are handled by Apple under its refund policy.

6. Mac App Store purchases

If you buy through the Mac App Store, Apple's Media Services terms also apply, and Apple handles billing, renewals and refunds.

7. Your content

Your listings, drafts and history belong to you. You give us only the rights needed to process text you send for AI analysis. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. No guarantees from Apple

ASOwl is not affiliated with Apple. We cannot guarantee that your app will be approved, ranked or featured. Suggestions are guidance, and you decide what to apply.

9. Liability

ASOwl is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Akizi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
