Privacy Policy
Short version: your apps live on your Mac. Our servers know who you are and how many credits you have, and never keep what your apps say.

What stays on your Mac
Your App Store Connect API key (in macOS Keychain), imported listings, drafts, screenshots, change history, audits, settings and anything ASOwl reads from your Xcode project. Your code is never uploaded. If you ask Tyto to summarise an Xcode project, only its README and Markdown docs, the folder outline and the facts shown on screen are sent.
Screenshots and other media are encrypted by ASOwl. Everything else is protected by your Mac's own disk encryption (FileVault).
What is sent only when you run an AI action
Only what that action needs (the specific text, screenshots or images) goes to our AI provider, for that one request. It is never used to train models, and the provider deletes it within 30 days.
We keep a receipt of each AI action: which action, the credits used, the model and token counts. Never its content.
What our servers keep
Your email and sign-in, your plan, credit balance and credit history, and the names and app versions of the Macs you sign in on (so Settings can show where you're signed in).
Payments are handled by Stripe or Apple, and RevenueCat records which plan you bought on which store so both channels share one account. We keep your payment status and customer reference, never your full card number.
What Apple sees
ASOwl talks to App Store Connect directly from your Mac with your own key: to read your listing, apply the changes you approve and watch review status. Keyword and similar-app lookups use Apple's public App Store search, also straight from your Mac. None of this passes through our servers.
No tracking
The app has no analytics, ads or tracking SDKs. The website uses no tracking cookies.
Waitlist
If you join the waitlist we store your email and the optional answers you give, to contact you about launch. We will not share them, and you can ask us to delete them anytime.
Your choices
Export any app from Settings, and remove an app with everything ASOwl stores for it from Home. To delete your account, credits and billing records, email support@akizitech.com and we will do it within 30 days.
