HELP · PUT YOUR APP ON THE APP STORE
Create your app in App Store Connect.
ASOwl registers your bundle ID and pushes your listing for you. The one thing Apple only allows on its website is creating the app record itself. Here's the whole form, in order. It takes about a minute.
- 1Open App Store ConnectGo to appstoreconnect.apple.com/apps and sign in with the Apple Account of your developer team.
- 2Click + → New AppThe blue + sits next to the Apps heading. Choose New App.
- 3PlatformsTick the platforms your app runs on (iOS, macOS, or both). ASOwl shows the right choice for your project.
- 4NameYour App Store name, up to 30 characters. Copy it from ASOwl. If Apple says it's taken, use a variant you'd accept; you can change it later in ASOwl's Listing.
- 5Primary languageThe language of your main listing, usually English (U.S.). It sets which listing customers see by default.
- 6Bundle IDPick the identifier ASOwl registered for you, e.g.
com.yourcompany.app. It must match the Bundle Identifier in your Xcode project. Not in the list yet? Reload the page; Apple can take a minute. - 7SKUA private code only you see, e.g.
FOODCAL-2026. It must be unique in your account and can't be changed later. Letters, numbers, hyphens, periods and underscores. - 8User access → CreateChoose Full Access (or limit it to specific team members), then click Create.
- 9Back to ASOwlClick I've created it, find it. ASOwl finds the app by its bundle ID, links it to your project, and your whole listing appears in Preview & apply as the first version. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
Why can't ASOwl do this step?Apple's App Store Connect API can read apps and register bundle IDs, but it doesn't offer a way to create a new app record. Every tool hits the same wall, so ASOwl hands you exactly what to enter, then does everything after it.
